An injection mold is a group of mechanisms and functional systems that alows the formation of plastic parts inside. It has to produce high quality parts in shortest possible cycle maintaining its functionality during all is lifetime.Its structure consists on a set of plates and shims, a fixed part and a movable part. The fixed part consists on injection clamping plates and cavity, the mobile part consists on the core, support wedges, extraction plates and clamping plates.

PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDS MANUFACTURE
We have a transversal productive capacity from small and medium-sized molds to molds over 40 tons, with the most advanced technology on the market.We develop and produce around 35 molds per year and we have an active portfolio of 20 customers from the most demanding in the Portuguese and European markets.We use 5-axis CNC machining processes, CNC drilling and penetration and wire erosion and electro-erosion - automatic electrode feeding system and electrode management system.
PROTOTYPES
Molds prototypes gives us the possibility to preview the product in advance , change and adapt it early in its development and, thus, significantly reduce project risks.We could find prototypes build in plastics, wood, metal, resins and other several materials.
There are various technicals used in Prototype construction: rapid prototyping, manufacturing processes, manual processes or through prototype moulds.
With the right use and application we can identify previously much of the improvements to be implemented in the product, thus increasing its useful life and reducing development costs.
